We hope that you will once again join with the other members of Temple Emanu-El and your family on Monday night, April 17th, erev Yom HaShoah, and light a candle in memory of the victims of the Holocaust. Place it in the window of your dorm or house and share a picture of it to social media. In doing so we help remind the community and the world by memorializing the victims of the Holocaust. Let the world know we will never forget.

On this day, we sanctify the memories of the six million lives that were taken. It’s our responsibility to keep the flame aglow to honor those who perished. Please take this opportunity, with your loved ones to reflect on the Holocaust and what we can all do to ensure such a tragedy never happens again.
